Long time Miami Beach residents Ash Rana and Damian Rojo created Rana Rojo in 2008.FIT fashion design and illustration alumnus, Ash Rana, and Damian Rojos fine arts and filmmaking background merged to generate this fearless house of fashion. Rana Rojo blends multi cultural influences, which reflect the birthplaces of Ash Rana and Damian Rojo from the lush mountains and valleys of Katmandu, Nepal to the colorful, exotic rhythms of Santa Clara, Cuba. Their designs are rooted in history, architecture, and experiment.Rana Rojos fabrics and style seamlessly and playfully fuse modern formulas with ancient traditions into a contemporary matrix. Both designers travel extensively and glean inspiration from the brightest and most visually stunning patterns and forms from around the world. For this collection, Rana Rojo created their prints by digitally molding their findings, ranging from medieval textiles to 60s wallpaper design. In addition, all their pieces are proudly produced in the US.Their 2012 resort collection Swim Vixen Swim was inspired by 50s undergarments, orientalism, and 60s film femme fatales. Each distinctive piece in the collection is hand dyed and screen-printed.People who wear Rana Rojo designs celebrate cultural diversity while displaying their curiosity and sense of adventure, a pure reflection of global glamour and guts.

Rana Rojo is designed locally in Miami Beach, Florida , USA. Fabric for the garnments are hand dyed and silk screened printed. Selected styles and colors from Rana Rojo's collections are now available on our online store and made exclusively for you. Rana Rojo is not mass produced. Many of the Rana Rojo fabrics are hand dyed and silk screened printed. The fabrics are printed and heat set as to resist washing and friction. Rana Rojo uses traditional and unconventional textile printing techniques. Beautiful imperfections add to the artistic quality of these hand-made prints.GENERAL FABRIC CARE GUIDECotton and Jersey Blend tees may be machine or hand washed and tumble dried or air dried. If ironing is required, use moderately warm iron.Knits. Most knits are machine washable or hand wash in warm water with mild suds.Do not twist or wring out the garment.Do not soak colored items to prevent bleeding.COTTONCotton can be easily washed by hand or washing machine.SILKSilk is a very delicate fabric and dry cleaning is recommended. If hand washing, do not use detergent. Use mild soap or baby shampoo.Never use Chlorine bleach on silk.Store painted silks away from light and heat sources.
SHIPPING RATESOrders are shipped via Priority Mail Flat Rate. Orders placed during regular business days Monday to Friday are typically processed and shipped within three weeks on US orders (except tees-8 day delivery). Added shipping cost and week for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam deliveries. International deliveries require additional shipping and processing charge.
